Spaulding Hospital North Shore is 160 bed inpatient facility with 120 LTAC-long
term acute care beds and 40 skilled nursing beds, and is part of the Partners
Post Acute Care Network.
Vice President of Operations
Responsible for the daily operations of the Hospital, including all nursing, clinical
and support departments; as well as the daily operations of the 40 bed skilled
nursing unit. Leader in operational, strategic and business development, while
meeting quality and service metrics and standards. Works in collaboration with
physician leaders and hospital managers to enhance the quality and service of
hospital operations for patients, physicians, and staff.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital, with direct responsibility
for all Nursing and Patient Care Departments, including Case Management and

Responsible for NSMC Nursing and Patient Care Departments including Pediatric
Inpatient, Obstetric and Newborn Nursery, Inpatient Psychiatry including Pediatric,
Adult and Geriatric Units as well as the departments of Infection Prevention,
Emergency Planning, Pastoral Care, Patient and Family Relations, Inpatient
