The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all 2CLR
(FM104.7), 2GF and Super Radio Network “the stations” contests.
The stations reserve the right to amend these General Terms and
Conditions at any time without notice.
Special Terms and Conditions may apply to a particular contest, at
which time separate Terms and Conditions will be available for the
contest involved.
No person may enter any contest more than once unless stated in
Special Terms and Conditions.
All prizes must be collected within two months of winning. Unclaimed
prizes thereafter will be placed back in the prize pool or made use of as
the stations sees fit.
The stations will not notify winners of remaining time, it is the sole
responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.
All prizes must be claimed by the winner unless otherwise advised.
Identification must be produced to claim a prize (examples include:
driver’s licence/passport/student card which includes a photograph). At
its absolute discretion, the stations may allow the winner to nominate a
representative to collect a prize. Identification of both the winner and
representative will be required.
The stations may elect to post a prize but no responsibility will be
accepted by the stations for the safe postal delivery of the prize.
If a winner chooses not to accept a prize then they forfeit allof that prize.
Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
when collecting their prize.
Upon request by the stations a copy of these Terms and Conditions
must be signed by any winner.
All prizes and vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable in any way
and cannot be taken as cash.
The stations and its associated agents do not give any guarantees,
warranties to prizes whatsoever and under no circumstances shall the
stations, or associated agents, be responsible for any damage, loss or
consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or
misuse of a prize.
If the nominated prize is or becomes unavailable; the stations, at their
absolute discretion may or may not substitute a replacement prize.
All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any
contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) become the property of the
Super Radio Network. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize
winners names and photographs and audio for any promotional
purposes.
Entries via the Internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. the
stations is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of
any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or
providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic
congestion on the website, the Internet or any other website, or any
combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to
any persons computer related to or resulting from participating in or
downloading any material from 2sm.com.au or other sites associated
with the radio station. it’s sales or promotional activities or ventures.
The stations decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The stations reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions,
withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute
discretion without notice subject to state regulation.
Persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter any contest where
the prize consists of alcohol or vehicle or where special Terms and
Conditions are enforced and state otherwise.
If the stations fail to enforce any of these General Terms and Conditions
in any instant, no correspondence or claim will be entered into.
All parties are ineligible to enter any contest if:
They have won a prize from the stations or any other Broadcast
Operations station in the past two months to the date. For example a
winner on January 1, 2016 will be ineligible to win a prize until March 1,
2016.
They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one
name or an alias name in order to win prizes from the stations.
They are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an
employee of Broadcast Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 93 000 266 624) and/or
a sponsor or affiliate associated with the contest.
