Choice #1) __________________________________ Choice #2) _________________________________ ASB Leadership General Guidelines and Application Process: All leadership students selected must enroll in ASB/Leadership class for the 2014-2015 school year. If selected, you will be selected to participate in as many activities and events as possible. Each candidate must have had excellent attendance and behavior records during the 2013-2014 school year. Each candidate must owe no obligations to any school in the CNUSD. Each candidate must complete the entire application process to be considered. Each candidate must have at least a 2.7 GPA with no more than one F on the 2013-2014 report card, and if selected must maintain the 2.7 GPA with no more than one F to hold office and remain a member of the ASB class. The ASB selection process allows for the placement of officer positions in the ASB leadership class, but does not place representatives. All representatives will go through an election process after the initial ASB selection process. Up to (5) candidates not chosen for the officer positions will be allowed to run for the (2) representative positions in each respective class. Be sure to give each of your teachers sufficient time to fill out the form. You are to provide your teachers an envelope to seal the letter in before receiving it back or they can turn it in directly to Mrs. Favreau.
