Primary Function of Position:

be right for you. We are looking for someone who can provide leadership to the Internal
Audit Team and manage compliance, SOX, and audit-related activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:







Ensure SOX compliance activities are planned and executed efficiently and
timely by the SOX lead
Provide periodic management updates on SOX program progress and issues
encountered
Ensure federal and state healthcare disclosure filings (Sunshine Act and related
filings) compiled by the disclosure compliance lead are complete, accurate, and
timely
Provide analysis of disclosure-related data to management
Support various ad hoc disclosure-related initiatives, such as system and
process enhancements
Lead or participate in the scoping, planning, and execution of operational audits;
prepare and review audit reports; prepare and present relevant value-added data
analysis to management
Support the Director, Internal Audit in annual and fraud risk assessments, as well
as annual audit plan and budgeting activities
Skill/Job Requirements:










5+ years of applicable Finance/Accounting/Compliance experience with at least 2
years in public accounting
2+ years in supervisory or audit management
Comprehensive understanding of GAAP & SOX requirements
Professional Certification such as (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.) required
BA in Finance/Accounting, or related discipline
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building
skills
Results oriented with strong attention to detail, time management, and project
delivery
Effective multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
Clear track record of excellence in project management
Flexible, adaptable and strong team player
