Torquay, I can honestly say he done an amazing job! He took everything I said

Were you pleased with the treatment? I had secondary surgery with Mr
McDiarmid in November 2012 to correct 'double bubble' which had developed
shortly after I had surgery in 2001 with a different surgeon. Mr McDiarmid
replaced the round implants (size 300/340) with anatomical (teadrop)
polyurethane implants (size 405) which have given a natural look. The rounded
top of the previous implants have completely disappeared giving me confidence
during summer to wear bikinis etc. My surgery took place at The Duchy Hospital
in Truro with great personal care from all the nurses and staff. Mr McD. was
extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a friendly, professional
manner. On the day of the operation he made me feel extremely relaxed and at
ease. My breasts have now relaxed and for the first time I'm feeling happy with

After some research and reading lots of testimonials I chose James McDiarmid
and 4 months since my surgery I know I made the best decision. I cannot speak
highly enough of his care and skill as a surgeon and from the moment I first met
him, I trusted him. He has done a fantastic job. It only took about six weeks for my
new breasts to 'settle'. They look so natural. I was guided by James to have
slightly smaller ones than I had originally decided upon and his advice was dead
right - they are perfect and I feel 10 years younger.

Were you pleased with the treatment? I had a breast augmentation after having
a baby 5 years ago, as I felt a little deflated in that area. Best thing I have ever
done, they are fabulous. The recovery time was less than I thought and the after-
care was great. My breasts are very natural looking as well.
Since then, recently I have returned to Jame's magic touch and have had
liposuction on my tummy, waist and thighs. Again very happy with the results and
after-care. Also again I recovered very, very quickly.

Were you pleased with the treatment? I had a breast augmentation with James
Mcdiarmid a month ago. I had 2 consultations with him and we spoke about what
size range would best fit me and James explained everything very clearly. On the
day of my surgery I was very nervous but James made me feel at ease at all
times and came to see me the morning of my surgery and explained what was
going to happen. When I woke up after surgery I didn't feel sore at all just a little
achy and after a few hours rest James came to see how I was feeling. After
something to eat I went home. As time went on and my breasts settled down I
could see I was going to be very pleased with the results, there were no
complications, I felt very comfortable. After 5 weeks I went to see James for my
check up consultation and he said everything was healing nicely and told me to
keep using the bio oil which he recommended to avoid stretch marks. I have
ended up with a full DD cup size and I am very happy with my results. I would
highly recommend James McDiarmid he makes you feel at ease at all times and
always made sure if I had any problems or concerns to go see him.

Were you pleased with the treatment? Amazing results couldn't be happier. I
had tear drop shaped breast implants placed under the muscle. I have to say the
amount of pain and down time was way more than I imagined (5 weeks) but it was

am over the moon with the result! I couldn’t have chosen a better clinic they were
great from the consultation right through to the after care. Dr McDairmid is an

Were you pleased with the treatment? I am just over 4 months post breast
augmentation and I couldn't be happier! I chose to have surgery after I was left
with 'empty breasts' after feeding 2 children! I was personally recommended Mr
McDiarmid by a friend who'd already seen him for surgery and I'd read his
excellent reviews and checked credentials etc. I was quite nervous about my
consultation and had lots of questions. James was reassuring, friendly and warm.
He was very thorough and had answered my questions before I'd asked them! I
explained that I wanted a natural look but with the fullness back that I had before.
James advised me on the best way forward and explained his reasons for implant
position and shape etc which was all based on my shape and giving me the look
that I wanted. I felt very at ease and relaxed. I booked in for surgery and was
counting down the days! I had my surgery at the Nuffield Plymouth and the staff
there were awesome! No judgements just a happy smiling team who also made
me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had very little pain after surgery and the
aftercare was superb. I was told I could ring or email if I had any concerns or
problems and I would be able to see someone if needed before my follow up
appointment. I have had extremely prompt replies to any questions I have emailed
even very early on weekends! Pretty sure not many surgeons have that kind of
aftercare especially when it's non urgent! I cannot thank James enough for giving

hardest part for me was booking the first appointment as I was nervous and
unsure what the procedure entailed, but as soon as I met with James he put my

Were you pleased with the treatment? Firstly rest assured everyone James
McDiamid is one of the very best plastic surgeons in the business. I had a very
bad experience with another surgeon 4 years prior so believe me please do not
hesitate contacting James for a consultation. After my initial consultation in Jersey
in October 2011 I was put at ease by James as he knew by the way I spoke that I
was very frustrated about poor results I had 4 years prior with a different surgeon
in London. I am a very fit 40 year old woman who has worked out in the gym for
the last 5 years and was left with saggy skin with fat deposits which would not
budge following 2 pregnancies. My Abdominoplasty combined with some
liposuction was scheduled for March 2012. I flew to Exeter from Jersey and the
clinic booked a taxi which was waiting for me on arrival at the airport. I stayed in
the clinic in Torquay in a private room waiting for my operation. I have to say the
operation was a fantastic success, James promised me my results would be
excellent and I assure you they are. I now have an athletic looking abdomen and I
only started working out in the gym 2 days ago. I wore my corset nearly everyday
for 7 weeks to assist with the healing process. 100% if I need any further surgery
down the line I will only use James he is the best in the business, and what I
loved was that James was in constant contact with me via both email and phone
