Personal Narrative
Your assignment is to write a personal narrative. Pick an event that you would like to write about.
You should be able to describe the sights, sounds, smells, feelings, and tastes that apply to your
event (sensory details). Make sure you have an introduction paragraph and a body that is organized
into chronological order. After describing the event you should write a short concluding paragraph
summing up your experience. In your conclusion include anything that you learned from this event
(what was the significance?), or something that was unexpected.
