Shipping Orders:
All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified.
CODs and insurance will be calculated at the prevailing UPS rates. (COD charge is $9.00 as of Jan. 1, 2009)
Returns–Our Policy Is As Follows:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Authorization must be requested within five (5) days upon receipt.
No returns accepted after ten (10) days.
No returns on merchandise that has been installed or altered.
All returns not guarantee related are subject to a 20% handling charge. On any special ordered items, no returns will be
accepted. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
Any refused COD orders will result in loss of COD privileges. Responsibility for shipping charges is yours and will be billed.
After 30 days, all back orders will be cancelled unless specified differently when ordering, or paid in full.
