The roles require a practical knowledge of marketing within the international education environment, and specifically student recruitment for study abroad. Key result areas: Sales Work with the Indonesia Country Manager and the Navitas Indonesia team to recruit students to Navitas business units. Identify viable market segments for recruiting students to Navitas business units. Source market volume and share of market. Assist in the development of market strategies and customer service levels for Navitas partners including agents and feeder institutions. Analyse market trends and sources of growth for Navitas business units. Marketing Develop “go to market” plans for Navitas products/services, based on market strategies and opportunities, market research, product development and the overall Strategic Marketing Plan. Assist the Indonesia Country Manager and the Navitas Indonesia team in the implementation of promotional and marketing strategies with individual business units, including packaging, pricing, advertising and performance evaluation. Develop marketing objectives and strategies for Navitas products in association with the Navitas Indonesia marketing team based in the business units. Develop strategies for the launch of new or changed products in association with the Indonesia Country Manager and the Navitas Indonesia team members. Assist in the development of market-specific product literature and selling aids for sales staff in association with the Navitas Indonesia team members. Provide feedback and reports to the Indonesia Country Manager, Navitas Group Marketing and business units on a monthly basis regarding marketing activities, agent training, student recruitment targets, market conditions, trends and issues, competitor activity and other factors which may be relevant to the development of the regional marketing strategy. E Marketing and Social media marketing Support the e-Marketing and Communications strategy for Navitas, individual business units and the regional market. Implement e-marketing strategies to enhance the online profile of Navitas and the individual business units – including advertising and social media. Business Development Coordinate or commission market research surveys (in conjunction with the Indonesia Country Manager and the Navitas Indonesia team members) and be responsible for dissemination of results to relevant staff. Coordinate the results of analysis, forecasts and statistical information gained from market research. Evaluate marketing studies and implementing plans through the marketing organisation as a result of effective sales promotion and advertising. Evaluate market opportunities for new products and market performance of existing products. Assist the Indonesia Country Manager in the development and/or improvement of products. Liaise with key partners, their staff and develop and manage the relationship. People Management 4. Work with the Indonesia Country Manager to prepare budgets and forecasts associated with Navitas products/services. Assist the Indonesia Country Manager with the development and implementation of the group marketing plan in the region.
