Sunday, October 18th- Gates open at 7:00 am
Registration/ Sign in - From 7:00 -9:00 am
Silent Auction - Starting at 9:00 am
Drivers' Meeting and Instructions - Given at 9:15 am
Ride will be leaving the Hatfield Lions Club Pavilion, Billings Way, Hatfield promptly at
9:30 am
The meal will be at the completion of the ride, approximately 1:00-2:00

Payments must be made by the day of the ride
Cash or checks: ( Payable to Hampshire County Farm Bureau)
All Drivers Must have:
Valid driver's license -- No Trailers
Slow moving vehicle sign -- No Passengers - Drivers only
Rubber wheeled tractors only -- All tractors are subject to safety inspection
Each driver will be required to sign their own waiver…….. No Exceptions !!!!
Proceeds will go to support Agriculture in the Pioneer Valley
