Thursday, 11th:
Arrive Cape Town International on Emirates at 16:35. Met by Neil Watson and transfer
to Protea Hotel Sea Point.
Friday, 12th:
Match 1 – vs Cape Town CC at Plumstead.
Saturday, 13th:
Match 2 – vs Groot Drakenstein Games Club at Franschhoek.
Sunday 14th:
Depart hotel at 08:30 for England vs South Africa 5th ODI at Newlands.
Monday, 15th:
Day at leisure (can be changed with Fri 12th). Possible day tour to Cape Point Nature
Reserve and picnic lunch at Cape Point Vineyards.
Tuesday, 16th:
Match 3 – vs Bellville CC at Bellville.
Wednesday, 17th: Day at leisure with possible tour to the winelands of Paarl and Franschhoek including a
wine tasting and picnic lunch.
Thursday, 18th:
Match 4 – vs Durbanville CC at Durbanville.
Friday, 19th:
Day at leisure. Possible visit to Table Mountain and Robben Island. Then depart hotel at
16:00 for England vs South Africa 1st T20 International at Newlands.
Saturday, 20th:
Match 5 – vs Scorpions CC at Stellenbosch
Sunday, 21st:
Match 6 – vs Western Province CC Chairman’s XI at Avenue de Mist, Rondebosch.
Monday, 22nd:
Day at leisure. Possible day tour to Aquila Private Game Reserve.
Tuesday, 23rd:
Match 7 – vs Claremont CC at Constantia.
Wednesday, 24th: Day at leisure. Transfer to Cape Town International for an 18:10 departure on Emirates.
Please note:
1.
Accommodation has been reserved at the Protea Hotel Sea Point.
2.
Seven cricket fixtures have been confirmed as per the above (with the first fixture against Cape Town
CC able to be played on either the Friday or the Monday).
3.
Costs of the optional trips has not be included. Some day trips are best done as a tour group (Cape
Point, Winelands and Aquila, for example – and perhaps even Robben Island).

This itinerary is based on thirteen nights accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, sharing a twin room
(with a single supplement as per below) – based on a minimum of 24 paying passengers.

It includes airport transfers, transfers to seven games of cricket and to two international games at
Newlands in an air-conditioned coach (or two air-conditioned mini-busses for the “local” matches).

It includes the cost of seven games of cricket (including a light tea and post-match meal).

It includes the cost of ground entry and guest tickets in the Members’ Pavilion at Newlands to the two
Internationals (including a meal at each game).

Meet and greet and personal accompaniment to all cricket fixtures and to Newlands.

It does not include any flights, travel insurance, meals (other than those specified), drinks, hotel extras,
match balls or possible day trips or tours.
