Because of the first- and second-year prerequisites required for majors in the sciences and business fields,
students considering majors in Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry or Clinical Laboratory
Sciences, Business, Management, Economics or Accounting should follow advising guides for those fields. If
you are considering majors in both business and scientific areas, you should follow the guidelines for the
science majors, which will maximize your options in later years.
