We present here a list of equality and diversity dates, including significant religious festivals. The purpose of including these is to give departments and
individuals advance notice of the festivals for which students and staff might have a particularly strong interest.
Plumpton is a diverse community, with people from many religious and cultural backgrounds. We also have a wide age-range of students, staff and visitors.
While this calendar is intended as a starting point, we recognise that there may be other dates that are significant to individuals. We are always open to
any request from an individual to promote or raise awareness of an important date/festival/celebration to them.
