Thank You for registering for this year’s conference, and signing up to
participate with the “Mass Praise Team” as all roads lead to
ATLANTA, GEORGIA beginning February 19th, 2014!
It is indeed a privilege to serve in ministry alongside Dr. Teresa
Hairston, and assist in furthering the vision of the Gospel Heritage
Foundation each year as this we seek to “Transform Nations and
Generations Through Worship”. We have a great staff of leaders and
volunteers whom you will meet and interact with during the
conference, they have been working very hard to make your Gospel
Heritage experience both positive and impactful.
On the next pages, you will find information regarding Mass
Praise Team General Expectations, Rehearsals, Attire and
Conference Music you should begin learning.
We anticipate a mighty move of God as we all gather in one place, on
one accord, for one common purpose- to Worship! I am looking
forward to meeting each one of you as we serve together, learn
together, and grow together.

SPECIAL NOTES
REVIEW SESSION- A 30-minute recap rehearsals will be needed to prepare for Evening
Service & Special Presentations. Mass Praise Team participants will be able to step out and grab a quick bite to
eat, then come back for a run-through and be on time for classes.
ENSEMBLE - A small subset of the Mass Praise Team will be used as an ensemble to serve as front
line (mic) singers and handle special presentations. This team will require a couple of extra rehearsals in order
to cover all music.
SERVICE ARRIVAL TIMES & LOCATIONS
Mass Praise Team singers are asked to arrive at 7:45 AM for the Morning Sessions, 6:30 PM for the
Evening Sessions. Morning Sessions begin at 8:45am & Evening Sessions begin at 7:30pm (7:00pm arrival)

MUSIC ENTRANCE
Enter through the “Heritage Preparatory Academy” side lot doors, and come to the Youth Center for
preparation & prayer. [Note: You MUST show your participant badge to security at that door.] The entire
Mass Praise Team will be led to Main Sanctuary for services.
PARKING
There will be general parking for all delegates. Participating singers may use the narrow parking lot, which
immediately begins at the gates.
