Kidder Memorial Home Obituary: Paul Eugene Joseph Boulet Dateline: Sheldon, Vermont Paul Eugene Joseph Boulet, age 85 years, died early Wednesday morning, October 17, 2012, at his Pond Road residence with loving family at his side. Born in Kingsey Falls, Quebec Canada on, February 8, 1927, he was the son of the late Philippe and Helene (Dumochel) Boulet. He attended schools in Canada and on December 27, 1956, was married to the former Jeannine Delage who survives him. For 21 years Mr. Boulet worked as a machine operator for the Robert Pierce Pellet Mill in Georgia, Vermont. More recently he and his wife managed and maintained the Cadillac Motel on South Main Street in Saint Albans City. He was a longtime parishioner of Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church and was a member of both the Franklin County and Hi-Swans Senior Citizens. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. In addition to his wife, Jeannine of 56 years, Mr. Boulet leaves three children, Gaetan Boulet of St. Chrysostom, Quebec; Joanne Barella and her husband Andrew of Evans Mills, NY and Lucie Boulet and companion Robert Jette of Sheldon; grandchildren, Katianne Jette, Nicole Barella, Joshua Barella and Danielle Jette; great grandchildren, Carter, Elijah and Maci. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Jacqueline Morrisette of St. Jerome Quebec as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents Mr. Boulet was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 20, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. from Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, 241 Lake St., St. Albans City. Fr. Maurice J. Roy will be the celebrant and homilist. The Rite of Committal and Interment will take place at a later date in the Boulet family lot at St. Anthony Cemetery, Sheldon Springs. At Mr. Boulet's request there will be no public calling hours.
