Format:
Stroke play contested over 72 holes.
Should entries received exceed the maximum suited to one (1) qualifying course, OneAsia
reserves the right to conduct the Qualifying School Final Stage over more than one (1)
venue/course.
After 36 holes the field will be cut to 80 PLAYERS PLUS TIES.
Eligibility
a) All professional golfers;
b) Amateurs with a handicap of 3 or less as at the closing date.
The WINNER of each OneAsia Qualifying School Final Stage will be eligible for membership and
be exempt in Category 4 (Winner of any OneAsia Tournament and Qualifying School) for one (1)
year. This will provide exemption for all OneAsia Tournaments (including any co-sanctioned
events).
PLAYERS RANKED 2 and 3 at the OneAsia Qualifying School Final Stage will be eligible for
membership and be exempt in Category 7, this will provide exemption into most OneAsia
tournaments.

Benefits
PLAYERS RANKED 4 THROUGH 20 of the OneAsia Qualifying School Final Stage will be eligible
for membership and be exempt in Category 10. In the event of a tie, players will be ranked
according to their scores over the final 36 holes.
PLAYERS finishing outside the above will be eligible for membership and be exempt in
Category 13 & 15 (OneAsia Qualifying School participants). Players will be ranked in accordance
to their scores over the final 36 holes.
At the conclusion of the Qualifying School, with the exception of 1st ,2nd and 3rd positions, which
will be decided by a hole by hole playoff if need be, all ties will be settled by card play –off as
follows: the best last 36, 18, 9, 6, 3 and 1 holes and if still a tie Match play hole by hole.

Conditions Specific to Amateur Golfers
Pursuant to the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Ltd, an amateur golfer may compete in any
qualifying competition for a professional Tour without breaching amateur status rules, provided that in advance of
play and in writing, the golfer waives their right to any prize money in the competition. This declaration will be
available for completion at Player Registration at the Qualifying School venue.
Should an amateur who has signed the Waiver Form subsequently finish in a position that offers him the
opportunity to take up membership OneAsia (or our Partner Tours), they may accept this opportunity and only at
that time will they then relinquish their amateur status.

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT
All Entry Forms must be accompanied by the Entry Fee. Please note that no entry will be processed until the full
entry fee has been received and banked.
WITHDRAWALS
All withdrawals must be notified to OneAsia.
If a player withdraws prior to the appropriate closing date his entry fee will be refunded in full.
If a player withdraws after the appropriate closing date without competing he will be refunded US$1,000.
If a player is absent on the tee without notification, no refund will be given and he may face disciplinary action
subject to circumstances.
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRY
Once an application has been accepted (only after receipt of the relevant documentation and the full entry fee),
applicants will be forwarded a Confirmation of Entry.

OneAsia reserves the right to amend the conduct, format and cut level for the Qualifying School at any time.
Every effort will be made to complete the prescribed number of holes for the Qualifying School but if fewer holes
can only be completed over the days allotted OneAsia may reduce the number of holes required to complete
Qualifying School or reschedule Qualifying School.
