Y.A.L.E. School is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst™ (BCBA) to provide school-wide behavior support to its campuses in both a clinical and supervisory capacity. Responsibilities: Position providing dynamic clinical/behavioral support for a private school in Southern New Jersey for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. Duties include conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supporting school-wide positive behavior interventions and supports, supporting social skill programs, strong understanding of data collection and analysis, staff training in teaching procedures and behavior management, and experience using excel. Serve as a clinical resource to teachers for: teaching strategies/procedures, behavior management, ongoing staff training, self-monitoring, social skills, data collection, and other areas as needed. Applicant Qualifications: Must hold at least a Master’s degree BCBA certified or eligible At least 3 years’ experience working with individuals with emotional and behavioral disorders Strong conceptual knowledge of behavior analysis that was obtained both through coursework and through its application Experience working collaboratively with professional and paraprofessional staff with strong interpersonal skills Staff training experience demonstrating leadership ability and motivational skills Experience conducting a variety of functional behavioral assessments and writing function-based individualized behavior support plans Experience working in the educational system and/or with curriculum development and program design Ability to work in a complex environment with energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude Professional commitment a must.
