Dear Proprietor,
The Oceanport PTO is a non-profit, tax exempt organization dedicated to our students.
Through fundraising, we have had the opportunity to provide our schools with cultural arts
programs, fitness programs, educational equipment, and more.
The Oceanport PTO is hosting our annual Gift Auction on April 21st, 2016 beginning at 6PM at
the Double Tree in Tinton Falls, NJ. All of the proceeds from our event go directly back to the
programs we provide. The Oceanport PTO supports over 600 students.
Our Gift Auction is the largest fundraising effort of the school year and the success of this event
depends on charitable donations from corporations, local businesses and our district families.
We are hoping that businesses like yours will help us with our raffle by donating a basket,
products, tickets, gift certificate(s) or a cash donation for our event. No gift is too small and we
are grateful for any type of donation. As a thank you for your generosity, we include an
advertisement in our program book as well as the website for your business. We anticipate
about 300+ people from our community to attend this year’s event.
