Fenix Outdoor AB intends to recruit highly skilled and eager young professionals for the 2014 Management Trainee Program. The Fenix Outdoor Trainee program offers a chance for top young graduates without or with limited work experience to grow both personally and professionally to become one of the leaders in the outdoor business. This challenging trainee program combines practical work in a variety of fields with theoretical sections during a period of 18 months where the world will be your working place. Our next program will start in summer 2014 and the application period is from March 17th to April 30th by closure of the day. Expectations We are searching for two trainee candidates who have specific interest in retail, sales, on-line sales and marketing as up-coming managers of Fenix Outdoor Group. A master’s degree in business administration, economics or another relevant field with a specialization in sales, eCom, marketing, accounting or general management is highly appreciated. Fluency in English is a prerequisite; fluency in German or a Nordic language is essential; preferably good knowledge in another main corporate language (Swedish, Finnish, German, Dutch, or Chinese) is an asset. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, interests in understanding and supporting the operating business and be flexible regarding regional placements after the traineeship. We are looking for you who see yourself as a leader in the future. All applicants should have strong academic qualifications, analytical skills, being doers and willing to drive business. Good communication skills, interpersonal skill sets and the ability to build good personal relations are important. The ability to integrate people from different backgrounds and steer them to work on a common project is an asset. We expect passion, the willingness to work hard to progress the career and the willingness to relocate as needed. We are looking for candidates who are quick learners, self-starters and team-players with leadership skills.
