What grants are available for
manufacturers?
Grants are provided to successful applicants to
fund part of total eligible project costs. The
proportion of the cost covered by the grant is
** unless otherwise recommended by the Cabinet
of the Australian Government.
An additional funding ratio is available for some
companies with manufacturing facilities that are
likely to face a direct carbon liability.
This grant ratio is available for manufacturers
determined by the grant ratio.
For manufacturers who are not liable under the
Carbon Pricing Mechanism, the available grant
ratio is dependent on the size of the grant
requested and the turnover of the applicant.
