In each applicable category, please number your choices from 1-3. Return this form the
Eastbrook Academy Front Office no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
Incoming Freshmen
All freshmen will take the following classes*: Introduction to Literature & Rhetoric, History of Western Civilization I,
Chemistry, How to Study the Bible and The Narrative of Scripture, P.E., 1 language, and either Algebra I or Geometry.
Freshmen may choose which Fine Art and which Foreign Language(s) they take. Students who did not pass
Latin I with a C in 8th grade must take Latin I in addition to their Foreign Language option. Freshmen are
allowed up to 1 study hall.

Foreign Language(s), and Rhetoric they take. Sophomores are allowed up to 1 study hall.

Seniors may choose which Fine Art, Foreign Languages(s), Science elective, and Math course they take. They
may additionally sign up to be a Teacher Assistant for one period each day. Seniors are allowed up to 1 study
hall.
