If you lose your ticket or money and need to get home, you can board the bus
using your igo pass. Give the driver your name and address details.
If you get lost or need any help, staff at any train station will help you. Your igo

Lock it and keep it safe
Don’t keep it in your back pocket
Make sure you have enough charge
Don’t walk around with your phone on display.
Make sure you have emergency contact details and the numbers of your
friends if you have come into town with them
Make sure you have credit
Always make arrangements with your friends about what to do if you get
separated from each other. Manchester Arndale’s Customer Service Desk is
situated in Winter Gardens and is a safe place to go. The staff will help you.
If your friends decide to do something silly such as shoplifting, the best thing to
do is to tell them to stop, move away from them and inform a member of staff in
the store.
If you do not feel safe and need the police ring 101 only use 999 in an
