PRESENTATION FORMATS Plenary sessions are managed by invited speakers and guests. Each session lasts for 50-60 minutes. Concurrent sessions are simultaneous 30-minute sessions with interaction among participants. Demonstrations and workshops are 30-minute sessions that allow conference attendees specialized discussions and demonstration sessions by experts on certain fields. Q and A session is a 30-minute panel discussion in which speakers address participants’ queries on education.
