Inter-professional Learning (IPL) Champions
An IPL champion is a health care professional who is working collaboratively and
committed to collaborative working and in a position to facilitate change in the
clinical Setting for the benefit of service users and carers.





Represent profession and or division at ‘Practice Champions Group’ to steer
the strategy
preparing and inspiring mentors/clinical educators to facilitate opportunities
for IPL
increasing the opportunity for IPL placement experience by developing IPL
activities specific and relevant to placement setting and service
evaluation of activities following action research methodology
working closely with NHS NW and other HEIs in supporting a new
infrastructure for placement learning across the NW
