Course List for Open Arts 2015 Open Arts aims to promote positive mental health and wellbeing through creativity. Our courses are open to people with experience of, and those at risk of mental health difficulties including carers, and our training days are open to arts facilitators, volunteers and those interested in becoming volunteers.
