Major Projects has completed the
construction of a 20 room health
workers accommodation building at
Casuarina Campus.
TRADES TRAINING FACILTY
Building will be managed by
International House staff and leased to
the Northern Territory Government for
nursing accommodation.

Design Consultant: Mode Designs Pty
Ltd
Initial design was done in house and
Mode Designs Pty Ltd won the
contract for construction
documentation. Building was
constructed by Sunbuild Pty Ltd.

CDU is planning the construction
/upgrade of trade training facilities at
Casuarina Campus. Contract for
construction documentation services has
been awarded to Mode Designs Pty Ltd.
Detailed design work is continuing.

A demountable is now located in the Pink Precinct
for Conservation Land Management Group. It will
accommodate 30 students and 5 staff.

Ltd
Construction of a Counter for HR has been
completed. Pattemore Construction worked after
hours and on week-ends to minimize disruption to
staff.

A new space has being created to incorporate
Architecture, Design and the Building Drafting
team in the area vacated by Fashion.

Sales of allotments in stages 1, 2 & 3 have
progressed well and stage 4 is to open shortly.
Road works and infrastructure are continuing and it
is anticipated that house construction will
commence July 2013.
