XIII Edition " Cuba - Health 2015 " Trade Fair
The Ministry of Health will develop the " XIII Edition of the Cuba Health Trade
Fair 2015 " from 20 to 24 April , located in the Fairgrounds PABEXPO .
This event will serve as a framework for national and foreign companies
interested in fostering business relationships, expose their products on a stand ,
make presentations , conferences and business meetings.
OBJECTIVES
1. Reload national specialists in new medical technologies.
2 . Promote the development and business opportunities in the domestic
industry.
3 . Encourage import substitution through the introduction of new technologies
and the integration of production with manufacturers.
4. Promotion business potential of Cuban import and export companies.
5. Exhibit the development achieved by Cuba Electromedical and the realization
of new projects of technical services in partnership with manufacturers supplied
the country technologies.

HOW TO ENTER
APPLICATION FORM
Participation is formalized by Application Form through representations
Conference Center outside or directly PABEXPO provided with no less than 20
days before the start of the Fair.
To confirm your reservation must pay 50 % of the contracted space to make the
request. The remaining 50 % of the space, contracted services and furniture will
be 15 days before the start. Exhibitors must complete all information requested
in the model, including the scheme stand, otherwise , the Organizing Committee
will not be responsible for failure of any of the requests made by the applicant .
All changes in the distribution panels or any other matter relating to the
assembly of the stands are additionally charged according to their complexity
and proximity to the opening date of the Fair. The Organizing Committee
reserves the right to make changes in the location of spaces when deemed
appropriate.
APPLICATION OF FURNITURE AND SERVICES
In Model Application Form must specify the furnishings and services required by
the exhibitor as well as the outline of the stand for mounting. Applications
received after the assembly stage started with a supplement of 20 % on prices.
ASSEMBLING
The assembly of stands will be made on the basis of the design or scheme
presented by the exhibitor and approved by the Organizing Committee,
otherwise any claim will be accepted. The mounting system is used with
standard modular measures in its entirety, so any design that involves cutting or
processing of these will involve an additional cost.
BUILD
Companies and individuals that work in the decoration and / or assembly shall
pay a fee of 50 CUC per credential and in the case of special assemblies 120
CUC .
If you require more time to set assembly schedule will be coordinated with the
organizing committee and pay the appropriate fee ( see model)
WAIVER OR REDUCTION IN PARTICIPATION
Reductions and / or waivers in the contracted space entail penalty , even
though the same may be occupied by another

The amount of free credentials for exhibitors will cost corresponding to the
contracted area :
- From 9 m2 to 16 m2 3 credentials
- From 18 m2 to 30 m2 4 credentials
- 32 m2 to 50 m2 : 5 credentials
- From 51 m2 to 80 m2 6 credentials
- From 81 m2 to 100 m2 8 credentials
- More than 100 m2 10 credentials
Business visitor
Businessmen , entrepreneurs , buyers, professionals and anyone interested in
visiting the fair, visitors may register as Professional .

For each additional credential the exhibitor must pay 40.00 CUC .
OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
Fair publishes an official catalog of exhibitors. The exhibitor has the right to
include up to 10 lines of free text; each additional line will be worth 5.00 CUC.
Consideration should be given to the information you want to publish, the
Organizing Committee is not responsible for errors or omissions once the
catalog is.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to include advertisements in the catalog,

format and dimensions of 16 X 22 cm. The deadline for submission of this
information is 21 days before the opening of the Fair.
