PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This conference will provide the health care professional with an overview of current and
changing concepts in the care of children with cardiovascular problems. The activity has
been designed for physicians in pediatric, general and family practice.
LEARNNG OBJECTIVES

You will be better able to recognize and diagnose cardiac problems in the
pediatric patient
2.
You will be able to incorporate guidelines for more effective management
of the pediatric patient with heart disease in your office practice.

You will be able to identify available alternatives in the treatment of congenital
and acquired heart disease in infants and children.
