Full-time study means approximately 20 hours of lectures/tutorials at Unitec and 20 hours of self-directed learning. That’s a total of 40 hours of study each week. Lectures take place between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You should attend all lectures to give yourself the best chance of success. You’ll be enrolled in four courses (15 credits each) and you need to successfully complete these to be eligible to graduate and receive the Certificate in Foundation Studies, Level 3. To be eligible to apply to the Certificate of University Preparation Level 4 you will need to achieve a B- grade point average across the four courses at Level 3.
