Welcome to the Davidson Dash Run for a Cure 5K Run/ Walk and 10K Run. A large portion of your registration fee will be donated to
the American Cancer Society in an effort to find a cure for cancer, a disease that has affected so many people in our community. Thank
you for your participation and support. We hope you will have a great experience and enjoy this family event.
Directions to Course: (North from Highway 90)
Travel North on SR 85 to Winn Dixie
Turn left onto Old Bethel Rd.
School is behind Winn Dixie
Course Description:
5K-Very flat and fast course travelling from Davidson’s rear parking lot, through CHS rear parking lot, and then entering Garden Street, right on Park
Lane, right on Shady Lane, left on Jones Rd. to the turnaround. Course is out and back.
10K- Follows same course as the 5K until the 5K turnaround. The 10K course continues into the quiet Bob Sikes community on Texas Parkway, Powell,
and Gillis Dr. Turn around is on Gillis Drive. 10K course is an out and back with one small, rolling hill on Texas Parkway.

Awards in 5K Run and 10K Run: Overall M/F, Masters M/F (40-49), and Grand Master M/F (50+)
Walker Awards: Top 3 Males and Top 3 Females
Age Groups: Run Awards 3 deep, 1-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, to 70+,
