Key Activities General Duties Responsibility for maintaining filing system and archiving for the departments Keeping office tidy and orderly Sorting and distributing the department’s mail, prioritising and ensuring anything requiring urgent action is brought to attention Typing, copying and distributing correspondence Updating and maintaining the contacts list and agents database Ordering Stationery Provide support and assistance to Land & Technical departments including reception cover as and when required 2. Specific Duties To ensure prompt and accurate payment of both departments invoices Overseeing the process of invoices, raising an invoice through to the concluding of them. Maintain a record of invoices. Replying to email enquiries relating to invoices To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all consultants, Local Authorities, Partners, concerned residents and other departments Maintain and up keeping of programmes Maintain filing system for both departments 3.
