Health Guarantee
Please note this contract is for AKC Limited Registration of your Parti Paws Schnauzer. Signature of this
contract indicates that you have full knowledge and understanding that you are not receiving breeding
rights on your pet and have agreed you will not be breeding the puppy that you are getting from us. AKC
registration papers will be marked limited. AKC papers will be provided upon vet proof of spay or
neutering of your pet. Papers will not be available to any pet buyer after puppy is over 6 months old.
Please read the following agreement. If you have any questions, please ask for clarification. If you do not
agree with ANY part of this guarantee, please do not pursue purchasing your puppy from us. We honor
our part of our guarantee and expect our buyers to honor what they have agreed to as well. This contract
has been provided to you in advance of any money being accepted and knowledge of all aspects of the
agreement have been disclosed prior to your commitment being made to your puppy.
To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of your possession. Buyer has two
days (48 hours) to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. Failing to do so will void your
health guarantee. If the veterinarian discovers the puppy to be unsound, it can be returned within one
week from the date of obtaining the puppy, for a replacement with a puppy of equal or greater value at the
breeder’s discretion. This is provided the puppy is returned with a letter from the examining veterinarian
stating in what respect the puppy is unsound. The buyer MUST contact the breeder immediately upon
diagnosis of any health issues during this time period. Absolutely no refunds are provided.
Breeder will not replace or refund for any reason but not limited to allergy, mortality, landlord’s
disapproval, family disagreement or any other problems not related to health. Nor for a puppy’s illness
caused by neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc. No warranty or guarantee is made
to the disposition, life-span, size, color, show quality, or breeding quality of any puppy Shipping and ear
cropping are not a part of this guarantee and will not be refunded.. Breeder will not be liable for any
expenses including but not limited to any veterinary bills or other expenses. Should a licensed
veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life threatening genetic defect, the breeder will replace the puppy,
limited to 1 year from the puppy’s date of birth. No replacement will be made on a deceased puppy until
an autopsy is performed to determine cause of death. Such an autopsy must be performed by an accredited
institution set up for such procedures. Autopsies performed by a local veterinarian will not be accepted.
All expenses will be paid by the owner of the puppy. The autopsy will accompany any request for
replacement. The buyer must contact the breeder immediately upon discovery of a genetic defect. Any
delay in doing so, voids this guarantee. The breeder at this time has the right to have the puppy examined
by her veterinarian. This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect, or if the buyer
fails to complete vaccinations, worming and puppy checks with a qualified veterinarian. Proof of said
maintenance must be furnished upon request of breeder. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm,
coccidiosis, or giardia. These parasites are all too common to pups and can be contracted from your soil,
water, or any surfaces. Your puppy has been wormed frequently from two weeks of age until your
possession.

It is your responsibility to continue to worm your puppy and check for parasites. Your puppy should be
wormed every two weeks until it is placed on a monthly heartworm preventative (Required). No
guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This condition is not hereditary and is very
preventable. If you have not been supplied with information on this condition, please ask for it.
Vaccination must be no less than three weeks apart and no more than four weeks apart for a series of
three. Rabies vaccines cannot be administered before 16 weeks of age. If you allow your veterinarian to
do any of these vaccinations too early, your guarantee is void. Any claims made will require vet records
and proof of health care maintenance. AKC papers, health record, vet records and any other registry
papers must accompany any claims on this guarantee. Parti Paws goal is to produce healthy, quality pets
only. This guarantee is valid only to the original buyer and is void if resold or given away. In the event it
is agreed upon by breeder and buyer that your puppy will remain with us after 8 weeks of age due to the
buyer’s circumstances, all vet bills are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Parti
Paws under any circumstances. This includes any and all necessary vaccinations. All puppies must be
picked up by 8 weeks of age unless otherwise arranged with the breeder. If the puppy is not picked up at 8
weeks of age there will be a $15/day fee that must be paid in full prior to the puppy leaving our care. It is
also agreed upon that Parti Paws will be notified first in the event the purchaser can no longer care for this
puppy. Parti Paws retains the right to take this puppy back before the puppy is offered to anyone else. It is
agreed that this puppy will never be resold to a breeder.

UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE GUARANTEE. Acceptance of puppy or puppies
is acceptance of this agreement.
