Terms of Reference:
1) Franchisor
EC Gas and/ or Eastern Petroleum Corporation, EC Gas is a division under Eastern Petroleum
Corporation who awards franchisees or distributorships to qualifying applicants.
2) Outlet/Franchisee
An outlet must have a minimum area of 25 square meters dedicated to EC LPG and is
assigned to a smaller territory. Each Outlet must be applied individually. Outlets must
coordinate their inventories from the distributors.
3) Territory
This is an assigned geographical area where the distributor/franchisor has an authority to
sell ECGas Cylinders, Components’ and refilled tanks.
4) The Standard EC Gas distribution and franchise contract
This contract is effective for five (5) years, renewal is subject for approval of the EC Gas
Headquarters.
