WELCOME
Welcome to Abundant Solutions. As your employer, this information is designed to help make your
employment with us as beneficial for you as possible. Whether you have just joined our staff or have
been at Abundant Solutions for a while, we are confident that you will find our company a dynamic and
rewarding place in which to work. We look forward to a productive and successful association. We
consider the employees to be one of its most valuable resources. This policy manual has been written to
serve as our guide for the employer and our employee’s relationship.
How Do I Get Work? Calling in Available
 Call your Staffing Representative once a week to notify the company that you are available for
work. (Once you accept an assignment)
o Report to and complete the job assignment. If you do not complete the assignment, you
must promptly notify Abundant Solutions.
o Report to Abundant solutions (within 24 hours of an assignment ending) for your next
assignment. As a staffing company, we do not assign any candidates for placement at
one client only.
o Notify us if you are unavailable for a period of time, i.e., planning a vacation or time off for
any reason.
Failure to perform any of the above steps will indicate that you have voluntarily quit which will
reflect on unemployment and other employment issues.
Other Employment
Soliciting or accepting any work with the clients of Abundant Solutions without prior written agreement by
Abundant Solutions is prohibited. If you accept a position with another employer, you must notify us
within 24 hours and give two weeks notice.
Call Your Staffing Coordinator if:
 The work you are asked to do is substantially different from the work described to you by your
Abundant Solutions Representative.
 The work environment appears unsafe.
 You have changed your address, telephone number, email address or banking relationship that
would impact direct deposit or tax status.
 You have learned new skills that may qualify you for more assignments or higher pay.
 You feel Abundant Solutions Anti-Harassment/Anti-Discrimination Policy is being violated.
Attendance
Call your Staffing Representative before the beginning of your workday if you are going to be tardy or
absent. We give employees access to reaching our staff 24/7 by calling our main phone # and leaving a
message. Failure to report absences or lateness in a timely manner may result in disciplinary action,
up to and including termination of employment. Not reporting to work or not calling to report an absence
for one (1) day may be considered a no-call/no-show or job abandonment, which may be deemed an
employee’s voluntary resignation of employment. This may also affect your hourly wage for your last
pay period. (see “Hourly Wage agreement”.)

Getting Paid
It is ultimately your responsibility to report the time you worked to ensure that you are paid correctly
and on time. Failure to do so may delay your pay. Making sure you are paid correctly and on time is one
of our most important commitments to you. It is your responsibility assure that your time is reported to us
is accurate. If your payroll is incorrect due to our, the client or your error it is inexcusable to take time off
to correct/or make right the issue. There are many options to correct the issue as soon as possible
without calling in or missing work to appear at Abundant Solutions’ office to correct the problem in
anyway. (It is every employee’s responsibility not to miss scheduled work time unless otherwise
approved ahead of time.)
• Accurately tracking the time you arrive to work, the time you leave/return during lunch time and
the time you leave work.
• Timely reporting your time worked (Abundant Solutions’ standard workweek is Monday through
Sunday) and should be submitted by Monday- noon. (some unforeseen circumstances may
cause timesheets to be delayed somewhat, however our clients know to inform us of the delay.
Reports submitted late or inaccurately will cause a delay in your pay. Abundant Solutions will not
recognize or pay for any hours worked by an employee without proper documentation and verification by
Supervisor of hours worked.
*****It is the employee’s responsibility to view each payroll stub online at
“www.staffingaccess.com/abundant.” This will show all payroll activity including hours
worked for the week and year and any deductions made from payroll.
Direct Deposit Convenience
It is our policy that employee’s payroll is directly deposited into a checking, savings account or
bankcard at the financial institution of their choice on payday. For your convenience, the company also
offers a “paycard” if the employee does not currently have any current financial accounts to utilize for
direct depositing. In order to initiate a direct deposit, employees will be required to complete and sign a
direct deposit agreement authorizing Abundant Solutions to process payroll credit entries into the
employee’s checking or savings account. Upon receipt of the direct deposit agreement, Abundant
Solutions will submit it to the Human Resources department for processing and bank pre-notification.
See your Abundant Solutions Representative for the direct deposit agreement and further information.
The company is required by law to withhold social security, Medicare and other payroll-related taxes.
NOTE: To check deposit amounts on “paycards” issued by Abundant Solutions, employees can
call the phone # on back of card and/or go to “globalcashcard.com” to retrieve all information regarding
deposits and debits.
Complete I-9 and W-4 documentation is required at the time of notification of employment. This
includes 2 forms of Legal identifications with names which match all of the above.
Benefits:
VACATION PAY: One (1) week vacation after 2080 hours worked.
HOLIDAY PAY: One (1) day of holiday pay for each 520 hours worked.

Accuracy of Information: Abundant Solutions relies upon the accuracy of information contained in the
employment application and the accuracy of data presented throughout the hiring process. Any
misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions in any of this information or data may result in
your exclusion from further consideration for assignments and/or termination of employment no matter
when such is discovered.
Probationary Period: During the first 90 days of employment, employees will be evaluated on the
progress and abilities displayed in their new position. If any employee does not appear suited to the
position, such employment may be terminated by Abundant Solutions during the 90-day probationary
employment period without notice or reason given. Satisfactory completion of the probationary period
does not create a contract for continued employment with the company.
At-Will Employment and Policy
Neither this document nor any other company document confers any contractual right, either expressed
or implied, for the company to continue employment with employee. Nor does it guarantee any fixed
terms and conditions of your employment. Your employment is not for any specific time and may be
terminated at will with or without cause and without prior notice by the company, also the employee may
resign for any reason at any time. The procedures, practices, policies and benefits described herein may
be modified or discontinued from time to time with or without notice. Abundant Solutions also reserves
the right to interpret the provisions of this policy manual, and its interpretation to be final and binding.
Some subjects described in this policy manual are covered in detail in our official policy documents or
written agreements. Refer to these documents for specific information because this document only briefly
summarizes those guidelines and benefits. Please note that the terms of the written insurance policies
are controlling and override any statements made in this or other documents.
Equal Employment Opportunity Statement and Policy
Abundant Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for

Improper interference with the ability of Abundant Solutions employees to perform their expected job

encourages reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination or harassment to your Staffing
Coordinator. Abundant Solutions prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or
harassment or who participates in an investigation of such reports. Employees should be aware that if
they do not exercise their rights under this policy, such failure might provide the company with an
affirmative defense in any later proceedings. Abundant Solutions encourages reporting of all perceived
incidents of discrimination or harassment.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA)
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act, known
as the ADAAA, are federal laws that prohibit employers with 15 or more employees from discriminating
against applicants and individuals with disabilities and that when needed provide reasonable
accommodations to applicants and employees who are qualified for a job, with or without reasonable
accommodations, so that they may perform the essential job duties of the position. It is the policy of
Abundant Solutions to comply with all federal and state laws concerning the employment of persons with
disabilities and to act in accordance with regulations and guidance issued by the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Furthermore, it is our company policy not to discriminate against
qualified individuals with disabilities in regard to application procedures, hiring, advancement, discharge,
compensation, training or other terms, conditions and privileges of employment. The company will
reasonably accommodate qualified individuals with a disability so that they can perform the essential
functions of a job unless doing so causes a direct threat to these individuals or others in the workplace
and the threat cannot be eliminated by reasonable accommodation and/or if the accommodation creates
an undue hardship to Abundant Solutions.
Safety
It is the responsibility of each employee to conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with
all local, state and federal safety and health regulations and program standards, and with any special
safety concerns for use in a particular area or with a client. Furthermore, management requires that
every person in the organization assumes the responsibility of individual and organizational safety.
Failure to follow client or company safety and health guidelines or engaging in conduct that places the
employee, client or company property at risk can lead to employee disciplinary action and/or termination.
The Human Resources Manager shall have the responsibility to develop and the authority to implement
the safety and health program in the interest of a safer work environment.
Abundant Solutions has developed these safety rules patterned after OSHA requirements, this list is not
all-inclusive; there may be other safety rules that apply to your position.
 Complete an Accident and Incident Report for each safety and health infraction that occurs (by an
employee or that the employee witnesses). Abundant Solutions will coordinate with the client and
the employee the proper procedures for treatment and reporting of the accident. Failure to report
such an infraction may result in employee disciplinary action, including termination.
 Report any observed unsafe condition to your employer/supervisor.
 Engaging in horseplay is prohibited at all times.
 Drinking and/or being under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs is not permitted on the
job. Any employee who is discovered under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted
to work (refer to the Drug and Alcohol Policy for further information).
 Assist an injured person only if you have current First Aid Training, unless there is an immediate
peril, such as profuse bleeding or stoppage of breathing.
 Wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times on the job. No loose clothing or strings (watch
out for hoodies) shall be worn around machinery. No lanyards, jewelry, rings, bracelets, watches
chain, key chains, etc. shall be worn around equipment.
 Wear an approved hardhat when there is a hazard of falling objects.
 Only perform tasks that you are trained to perform; be aware of the hazards associated with that
task.

Wear assigned personal protective equipment. This equipment should be available for use on the
job, be maintained in good condition, and worn when required.
Learn safe work practices. When in doubt about performing a task safely, contact your supervisor
for instruction and training.
Do not use any equipment in a manner for which it was not intended, this behavior is prohibited at
all times, for example, the riding of a hoist hook.
Do not ever remove or by-pass safety devices such as guards or interlocks.
Do not approach operating machinery from the blind side; let the operator see you.
Learn where each facility’s posted emergency plan is which details procedures regarding
emergencies such as fire, weather-related events and medical crises as well as where exits,
storm shelters, fire extinguishers, first aid kids and eye washes (if applicable)are located.
Maintain a general condition of good housekeeping in all work areas at all times.
Obey all traffic regulations when operating vehicles on public highways.
Wear seatbelts while operating or riding in company vehicles or using your personal vehicle for
purposes.
Be alert to hazards that could affect you and your co-employees.
Obey safety signs and tags. All warning postings, lockout/tag out devices, signs and labels on
drums, tanks and work areas must be followed. Food is not to be stored or eaten near hazardous
materials.
Perform your assigned task in a safe and proper manner; do not take shortcuts. The taking of
shortcuts and the ignoring of established safety rules is a leading cause of employee injury.
Understand and be familiar with all precautions for working with hazardous materials such as
safe handling and emergency first aid procedures per the OSHA Hazard Communication
standard. Employer/Supervisor shall notify the workers of the nature of the chemical expected to
be present, potential hazards when used, and appropriate protective measures and Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) to be used before starting tasks.
Follow safe lifting and safe material handling procedures to avoid workplace injuries. When
handling materials over machines, try to utilize mechanical means whenever possible. Motorized
vehicles and mechanical equipment should be inspected before use. Ensure loads are stable and
secure. Always remember to bend your knees and not your back when lifting. Be sure to lift with
your leg muscles and hug the object that you are lifting close to your body.
Be aware of forklifts so you do not get between a forklift and a fixed object. Never ride on a
forklift. Do not drive a forklift until the Employer/Supervisor authorizes you and become a certified
forklift operator.
Understand and comply with Abundant Solution’s safety rules and regulations and hazardous
communication program explained to me in Abundant Solutions orientation.
Workers’ Compensation Procedures
 When any work related injury occurs, regardless of the severity, immediately
report the work related injury or illness to your on-site supervisor at the job you are assigned to
and Abundant Solutions.
 Your on-site supervisor will get the details of the work related injury and will determine if you
should be transported to a medical facility.
 If there is a company nurse on premises, the nurse will examine you to determine if you should
be transported to a medical facility.

Immediately call Abundant Solutions at (918) 749-6999 and ask to speak to a member of the staff
about your injury. If you are unable to reach a member of the staff, a determination will be made if
your immediate supervisor should immediately transport you to a medical facility.

You must report to an Abundant Solutions office immediately, in turn Abundant Solutions has 24
hours to complete the State of Oklahoma Report of Injury Form, as required by law.
You have been advised of the procedures for reporting any work-related injuries and illness and
agree to consistently follow these procedures as they have been explained to you.
You understand that the insurance company will refer all claims considered fraudulent to the
appropriate authorities for prosecution; you understand that it is a felony to file or present a
fraudulent claim for workers’ compensation benefits. If you are found guilty, you face a maximum
fine of $50,000 and five (5) years in state prison.


Drugs & Alcohol
The policy of the company is to maintain a drug and alcohol-free work environment that is safe and
productive for our employees and others having business with our company. To meet these objectives,
the following policy has been adopted.
The unlawful use, possession, purchase, sale, distribution, or being under the influence of any
illegal drug and/or the misuse of legal drugs while on company or client premises or while
performing services for our company or clients is strictly prohibited. The company also prohibits
reporting to work or performing services while impaired by the use of alcohol or consuming
alcohol while on duty.
In order to ensure compliance with this policy, substance abuse screenings may be conducted in the
following situations:
Pre-employment:
As may be required/requested by our company or clients.
For Cause:
Upon reasonable suspicion that a substance abuse problem exists.
Random:
Unannounced random selection of employees.
Post Accident:
Any employee involved in an accident/injury while performing services for
our company and/or client that results in property damage or bodily injury requiring medical
treatment is required.
Compliance with this policy is a condition of employment. Employees who test positive or who refuse to
submit to substance abuse screening will be subject to termination or determined unfit to be hired.
The results of all drug testing will be treated confidentially and for no purpose other than for Abundant
Solutions to make employment related decisions.
Notwithstanding any provision herein, this policy will be enforced at all times in accordance with
applicable state law.

Violence in the Workplace
Employees, customers, vendors and business associates must be treated with courtesy and respect at
all times. Employees are expected to refrain from conduct that may be dangerous to others. Conduct that
threatens, intimidates or coerces another employee, customer, vendor or business associate will not be
tolerated. Abundant Solutions resources may not be used to threaten, stalk or harass anyone at the
workplace or outside the workplace. Abundant Solutions treats threats coming from an abusive personal
relationship as it does other forms of violence. Indirect or direct threats of violence, incidents of actual
violence and suspicious individuals or activities should be reported as soon as possible to a supervisor,
manager, or any member of senior management. When reporting a threat or incident of violence, the
employee should be as specific and detailed as possible. Employees should not place themselves in
peril, nor should they attempt to intercede during an incident. Employees should promptly inform the
Human Resource Manager of any protective or restraining order that they have obtained that lists the
workplace as a protected area. Employees are encouraged to report safety concerns with regard to
intimate partner violence. Abundant Solutions will not retaliate against employees making good-faith
reports. Abundant Solutions is committed to supporting victims of intimate partner violence by providing
referrals to community resources and providing time off for reasons related to intimate partner violence.
Abundant Solutions will promptly and thoroughly investigate all reports of threats of violence or incidents
of actual violence and of suspicious individuals or activities. The identity of the individual making a report
will be protected as much as possible. Abundant Solutions will not retaliate against employees making
good-faith reports of violence, threats or suspicious individuals or activities. In order to maintain
workplace safety and the integrity of its investigation, Abundant Solutions may suspend employees
suspected of workplace violence or threats of violence, either with or without pay, pending investigation.
Anyone found to be responsible for threats of or actual violence or other conduct that is in violation of
these guidelines will be subject to prompt disciplinary action up to and including termination of
employment. Abundant Solutions encourages employees to bring their disputes to the attention of their
supervisors, General Manager or Human Resource Manager before the situation escalates. Abundant
Solutions will not discipline employees for raising such concerns.
Weapon-Free Workplace Policy
To ensure that Abundant Solutions maintains a workplace safe and free of violence for all employees,
the company prohibits the possession or use of perilous weapons on company or client property. A
license to carry the weapon on company property does not supersede company policy. Any Employee in
violation of this policy will be subject to prompt disciplinary action, up to and including termination. All
company employees are subject to this provision, including Staff, Associate, contract and temporary
employees, visitors and customers on company property. "Company property and client property" is
defined as all company-owned or leased buildings and surrounding areas such as sidewalks, walkways,
driveways and parking lots under the company's ownership or control. This policy applies to all company
or client owned or leased vehicles and all vehicles that come onto company property. "Dangerous
weapons" include, but are not limited to, firearms, explosives, knives and other weapons that might be
considered dangerous or that could cause harm. Employees are responsible for making sure that any
item possessed by the employee is not prohibited by this policy. Abundant Solutions reserves the right at
any time and at its discretion to search all (Abundant) company-owned or leased vehicles and all
vehicles, packages, containers, briefcases, purses, lockers, desks, enclosures and persons entering its
property, for the purpose of determining whether any weapon has been brought onto its property or
premises in violation of this policy. Employees who fail or refuse to promptly permit a search under this
policy will be subject to discipline up to and including a termination. This policy is administered and

enforced by the Human Resources Department. Anyone with questions or concerns specific to this policy
should contact the Human Resources Department.
Standard of Conduct
While not intended to list all the forms of behavior that are considered unacceptable in the workplace, the
following are examples of misconduct that may result in disciplinary action, including termination of
employment.
 Theft or inappropriate removal or possession of property;
 Falsification of timesheets
 Working under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
 Possession, distribution, sale, transfer, or use of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace
 Fighting or threatening violence in the workplace
 The possession or use of perilous weapons on company or client property
 Boisterous or disruptive activity in the workplace
 Negligence or improper conduct leading to damage of company-owned or client-owned property
 Insubordination or other disrespectful conduct
 Violation of safety or health rules
 Smoking in the workplace
 Sexual or other unlawful or unwelcome harassment
 Excessive absenteeism or any absence without notice
 Unauthorized use of telephones, or other company-owned equipment
 Using company equipment for purposes other than business; and
 Unsatisfactory performance or conduct.
Confidentiality and Inventions
As an employee you agree not to publish, disclose or utilize any confidential information of Abundant
Solutions or any clients of Abundant Solutions where you are sent to work. You will assign and disclose
to Abundant Solutions’ client any invention perfected or conceived during my hours of work for such
client and will sign all papers necessary to enable Abundant Solutions’ client to patent these inventions
and to obtain copyrights.
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Follow these guidelines to be productive and make your assignments with
Abundant Solutions more enjoyable:





Be on time every day that you work.
Introduce yourself to the person to whom you are to report.
Ask questions to ensure you understand what you are being asked to do. Try
to avoid unnecessary conversation and delay.
Be polite, cooperative and willing to help whenever you are asked.
Maintain confidentiality. You should never discuss your work with anyone other
than your supervisor.

Notify your Abundant Solutions Representative of any changes in your job duties, i.e.,
changes in shifts, pay, or specific duties, i.e.,if you are asked to operate equipment or
perform a task for which you have not been trained.
Do not make or receive personal telephone calls at work, except in the case of a true
emergency. You are allowed to make telephone calls during breaks and lunch periods
only.
Notify your supervisor immediately when you finish your work. Ask if there’s more work
you can do. If none is given, use your free time constructively.
Wear appropriate attire for your assignment.
Do not walk off the job. If your job is not running smoothly, call Abundant Solutions. We –
not the client – are your employer and can help you with any job-related problem.
Please keep in close contact with us.
Submit your hours worked, on time, to prevent delays in your pay.
