 Directed and coordinated multiple aspects of human resources management for

Responsible for the campus and experienced recruiting activities for two major regions,

 Managed a staff of 13 direct reports, and a budget of over $2 million and oversaw the
hiring of over 250 consultants on an annual basis.
 Selected for special projects that included selection and implementation of enterprisewide Recruiting Information System, creation of standardized processes across areas,
and redefinition of new hire process for Consulting Services.

Experienced Hire Recruiter (1995 - 1996)
Primary responsibilities included recruiting and selection for all levels of employees for a
three state geographical region.
 Served as local HR representative, interacting with management by performing exit
interviews, handling employee relations, compensation and benefits issues, policies
and procedures, and legal compliance. This function reduced workload on local
managers and ensured that corporate standards were met in the hiring and selection
process.
 Completed special projects that included both redefining and standardizing the
recruiting process and developing and marketing a new employee referral program for
the entire region of over 2,000 employees.

 Created, developed and administered the company's cafeteria-style benefit plan
resulting in increased employee morale and a decrease in employee grievances.

 Created employment application where none existed before; recruited and selected

 Performed exit interviews for terminations. Based on responses from interviews,
made recommendations for policy and practice that increased retention rate.
 Developed, presented and initiated company's Compensation Program which entailed
establishing and maintaining wage and salary classifications, development and
maintenance of job descriptions, conducting wage and salary surveys, reviewing
proposals and the creation of all incentive bonus plans, the company's stock option
program and executive pay structure.
