4:00 – 7:00 PM
We will need helpers for:
 Bakers – for Dessert Walk (15-30 needed)
 Kitchen Staff and Expediters before and during dinner
 Room Set-up and Decoration
 Student Servers 2 shifts 3:30 – 5:30 PM and 5:00 – 7:00 PM
 Clean Up Crew (6:30 – 8:30 PM)
Dinner Donation Information:
Choir parents are asked to help make this yearly event a
successful fundraiser by assisting with donations ……..
 10th and 11th Grade: DESSERT – Donation in non-returnable
container.
 9th and 12th Grade: BEVERAGE Donation 2 2-Liters of soft
drink, iced tea, bottles of water, etc.
 OR … Make a general donation to help defray the cost of
the dinner (Check to “SACPA” sent in to Miss Demsey by
January 21, 2014)
ALL DONATIONS ARE DUE AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL CAFETERIA
ON FEBRUARY 1ST BETWEEN 12:00 PM AND 2:00 PM
