Tournaments. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to our philanthropic partner, the Tragedy Assistance Program

Buffet Lunch: Hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, pasta salad and dessert

Awards Ceremony: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, closest to the pin, longest drive and more
Registration: Registration opens in April to all 1,300 NJVC employees and partners. The tournament sells out quickly
every year!
Cost to Play: $85 per person (includes 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast, barbeque luncheon, open bar, driving
range and practice facilities, raffle and take-home “goodie bag”). NJVC golf shirts are available for an additional $25.

Your logo on welcome signs placed at registration table (24”x36” mounted posters)
Your logo on the sponsor page of the Information Guide and Agenda available to all players at the start of the
tournament. This useful guide will include the agenda for the day, course map and all of the need-to-know
information that players require to get through the fun-filled day. This guide will be referenced by all
participants, giving your company name and logo great exposure!
Before and after the tournament, your company will be mentioned and thanked as a sponsor via coverage on
the NJVC website and Intranet.
Sponsor logos are due no later than Friday, May 8. Please email your company logo to njvcevents@njvc.com. If your
logo is not received by the deadline, only your company name will be displayed.

drinks to players throughout the tournament.

For contest sponsorship, your company will be recognized at the Awards Ceremony as the contest sponsor. In
addition, a member of your company will have the option to publicly award the prize. (Note: We understand
that you may not be able to attend both tournaments and will speak on your behalf if needed.)
