All spaces are outside and are sold on a reserve basis - first come, first served
All spaces are 8’ x 10’ and cost $20 per space
Vendors must supply their own tables and tents (highly recommended you have a tent)
There is no rain date for this event
Load off area available but no parking near spaces, parking provided next door
People will be available to assist with unloading
No sales of ready to eat food, including baked goods, water, soda and ice cream allowed
Bake Sale by the Brunswick Historical Society
Antique quilt raffle by the Brunswick Historical Society
Advertised in Times Union, Schenectady Gazette, Troy Record and Pennysaver
It is the responsibility of each vendor to remove their garbage from the premises
Please be considerate of others – leave your pets at home
No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises

for personal injury or lost or stolen property.
I/We understand and agree that there will be no refunds due to inclement weather.
Vendors agree not to sell any ready to eat food, including baked goods, water, soda, ice
cream etc.
Vendors agree not to sell any fireworks of any kind (including caps or sparklers).
I/We also agree to police our assigned area for all trash and remove for proper disposal
before leaving the grounds.
Vendors agree not to use generators.
Vendors agree to have no alcoholic beverages on the premises.
No pets allowed on the premises.
