After Summit VI there were working groups. Several people in one of those groups developed a model that represents a system of continuous learning and improvement inspired by the Shift Paper. Objective The objective of this round of work is to iterate the model. Does this model reflect what the National Alliance means when we say “a culture of continuous learning and improvement?” Add to the model and the accompanying description so that it more completely describes what we mean by a culture of continuous learning and improvement and how it works. Then list and describe a few clear ideas concerning what the Alliance could do to influence the shift. Time You have approximately 60 minutes to complete your work.
