Dear Prospective 2015 Graduate:
Please find below information pertaining to graduation, including clearance procedures and Recognition Ceremony
ticket distribution READ THE ENTIRE EMAIL. On Tuesday, May 5th – Thursday May 7th, Recognition
Ceremony tickets will be distributed in your department. In order for you to receive 7 tickets (per student), you must
be: 1) CLEARED for graduation and 2) take the survey and submit your survey confirmation to your department
(Survey Info Below). This year, on Friday there will be TWO (2) Ceremonies & TWO (2) rehearsals: 1) Natural
Sciences Rehearsal – May 7th at 3 pm in Burr lower gym; Ceremony line-up May 8th – 10:30 a.m., Ceremony 12
p.m. and 2) Social Sciences & Humanities - Rehearsal – May 7th at 1pm in Burr lower gym; Ceremony line-up May
8th - 1:20 p.m., Ceremony 2:45 p.m. Departments are listed below. The Fine Arts ceremony will be on Saturday,
May 9th, after Commencement.
