Thermal Power plants the conveyor belt faces many problems such as Belt torn, Belt slip, Fire damage and Metals
pieces in coal. So we are going to show how these problems are being sensed and controlled using Programming
Logic controller (PLC). Following the sensors are used in our project Fire sensor, Magnetic sensor, Proximity
sensor, Load cell.
