1983 to the 2012:

Suite 300, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84102 U.S.A. Manager of firm’s foreign practice department
from 1990 to the 2011. Activities primarily involve counseling clients on patent, trademark, design
and copyright issues; preparing licensing agreements; preparing and prosecuting domestic and
international patent applications; preparation and prosecution of domestic and international
trademark applications; preparation and prosecution of copyright applications; preparing noninfringement and right to use opinions; negotiating license and technology transfer agreements;
