Relative to the Pocatello fire, Eastern Idaho Southern Baptist Association has a mobile disaster
clean-up and recovery trailer equipped to clean up home sites following a fire, windstorm or
flood. In addition, there are other such units in Idaho and Utah. We have 16 volunteers in
Eastern Idaho who are current with their extensive training in this field. There are also a good
number of volunteers throughout Idaho and Utah who stand ready to activate. Our volunteers
have done fire cleanup work in California and Colorado, following several of their wildfires.
