received by this date.
Late entries with a $10 late fee will be accepted at OCMS until 3:00pm on
Tuesday, April 16.
No entries will be accepted after 3:00pm on April 16.

Pageant Entry Fee - $30
All contestants will compete in Sunday/Formal Attire.
Pageant Awards - There will be a King and 2 Runners-Ups in each category.
Kings will receive a crown and banner.
No one will leave empty handed!
Optional Competitions - $5 Each
Best Dressed/Photogenic
There will be 1 Best Dressed and 1 Photogenic winner in each group.
(Photos must be received with paperwork/entry prior to the pageant.
Photogenic will be judged before the pageant, and all photos will be returned at registration.)

Enter from back center stage to X1. Move to X2 (turn), move to X3(turn), exit right.
There will be a practice held Thursday, April 18 during school hours.
Only 1 person per contestant will be allowed backstage.
Everyone except contestant will pay to enter.
Registration in will begin at 5:00pm.
Forms MUST be received by OCMS office by 3:00pm Friday, April 12.
Forms will be accepted with a $10 late fee until 3:00pm Tuesday, April 16.
NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3:00PM TUESDAY, APRIL 16
