I am interested in this first topic, I have taught English Business Subject at this college for 2 years. Some students have certificate from Home schooling and Paket C, I see their capability and competence in 4 languange skills are totally find different then formal school. In the other words they are lower then others. 2. Lack of vocabulary is a Problem in Teaching Speaking at STKIP Al-Fayed Students Batam. Lack of vocabulary is general problem in teaching Speaking, rich of vacabulary is one key to succeed in speaking skill. Vocabulary is taught from first to fourth semester, speaking is taught from first to sixth semester there. I always teach vocabulary to first semester, I analyze, most students have problems in speaking, they are late or stop when they do not know what to say. I want to do research what is the main problem in learning vocabulary. 3. The Influence of Principal’s Supervision and Motivation to the Teacher Performance at Globe School National Plus Batam My husband is one of the shareholders in this school. Progress of a school must have a good cooperation between teachers and principal. A school principal has a great responsibility to the students, teachers, management. The student success lies in the hands of the teachers. So how the principle motivates teachers to do their jobs properly and correctly. My husband is also an internal audit there, he often complains principal’s performance. So in this case I am interested in and challenged to researh the principal’s supervision and motivation of Globe School National Plus Batam.
