1. Roast Crown of Turkey, served with Apricot and Hazelnut Stuffing, Chipolata, Roast
Potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a cranberry and sage jus.
2. Pan Seared Fillet of Salmon, served with soft herb crushed potatoes, fresh market
greens, and a creamy white wine reduction.
3. Mediterranean Vegetable & Goats Cheese Tartlet , served with creamed leeks and
buttered new potatoes.
