Lesley England joined our firm in May 2015. Lesley brings with her
extensive experience and knowledge having been a Civil Engineer for
over 22 years.
Lesley graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in
May 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology.
Lesley’s prior employment experience includes Team Design and
Management of Multiple design projects, commercial and
institutional, site layout, grading, drainage stormwater and
sedimentation control design.
