Such behavior is not acceptable in a school environment and will be dealt with in much the same manner as any physical violence. Scope: Under the School Act, the school has jurisdiction over students from the time they leave home to come to school until they arrive at home on their way from school. Therefore, this policy may be exercised to deal with incidents which happen beyond school’s physical boundaries and beyond school hours. Students who are suspended from school will not be involved in any extracurricular activities for a period of 7 days. Parking 1.
