Liver Cake Recipe
Ingredients




1lb Liver
1lb Plain Flour
1 clove garlic
1 egg
Instructions
Blitz the liver and garlic in a food processor until it forms a smooth consistency
Mix in a beaten egg
Fold in the flour until mixture is like that of a bread dough mix
Line a baking tray with tin foil and oil well
Put mixture onto tray and bake for approx 45-55mins at 200c
Once cooked, leave to cool before cutting up
The liver cake should last 4-5 days if kept in a fridge
