Scallops are known to contain a variety of nutrients that can promote cardiovascular
health. You may find fresh scallops at one of the many Boston Farmers Markets during
the warmer seasons in addition to the winter farmers markets available now!
Simple Sauté Scallops
Ingredients:
1 lb scallops
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 finely chopped shallot
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Heat sauté pan, add oil.
2. Sauté garlic and shallot until tender.
3. Add scallops sprinkle with paprika.
4. Cook over med heat approximately 15 min (depending on size of scallops) turn mid
way.
