Position Title and Description:
Elementary Day Camp Student Leader: Participate in leading a group of 8-12 children, entering 2 nd grade through 6 th mission trip, retreat, or event.

Monday-Friday, June 23-27. Rate of pay: $100 OR $150 to be applied directly toward a YMM
Day Camp offers opportunity for children to build relationships in the context of truth, fun, and joy! Our time is action-packed with large group assemblies, crafts, music, games, and small groups, where we hear stories from the Word of God and share the great love of Jesus
Christ with kids. Day Camp is held at Woodland Park.
Qualifications:
1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. A love for and desire to minister to children.
3. At least one year experience as a Day Camp Youth Assistant or equivalent experience.
4. A willingness to serve, learn and grow in ministry.
5. Involvement in Christian fellowship and discipleship with a High School or College group.
6. College age or High School Junior or Senior (as of fall 2014).

What is Required from Day Camp Student Leaders:
1. Attendance at training session, June 8 th , 8:30-11:00am.
2. Leadership on a team with a group of children.
3. Arrive on time (8 a.m.) at camp each day with lessons prepared.
4. Help set up for camp each morning at the park.
